Relocation Services:

  • As relocation coordinator, Jan Ventimiglia will assign a trained relocation associate to provide in-depth counseling to meet about the employee’s housing needs and their lifestyle requirements.
  • The designated associate will provide an initial area- and home-finding tour, which includes introduction to neighborhoods, the community, local and common real estate practices and norms, information on schools, child and elder care, parks, recreation, religious denominations and medical facilities, as well as the benefits of our surrounding communities and areas of interest, such as San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, Napa and more.
  • The associate will provide up-to-date market information to assist the employee on making critical decisions.
  • The associate will work within the university or corporate program guidelines to assist transferees or new hires with the mortgage process, and will act as a resource to incoming transferees for each aspect of their relocation – from their initial housing choice through close of escrow.
  • The associate will assist with temporary housing needs when necessary.
  • The associate will communicate clearly and provide updates throughout the process to help manage and avoid any challenges to ensure employee satisfaction.
